KE24 / table CE1**** atribute TIMESTMP?

Hi,

im working with a CE1**** table, which i call using tran KE24, that has a timestmp value.

I'd like to confirm the following questions:

1) This timestmp value is updated on each insert/record update?

2) Which format does it follow? Unix?

3) Can/Should i use it to do implement partial extractions on a BI project, using a ssis component like theobald, or a web service?

For now im extracting values using Theobald's trial, which seems an excellent sofware, but id like to know:

1) how can i create a webservice that returns this table and use it in SQL Server SSIS?

2) Is there any free object to install on SSIS that does the job? I heard about My SAP?

Any other recommendations?
